Mike is an incredible painter. He brings classic trade skill with a modern flair. He has great ideas for projects. Mike painted all of the interior doors of my home. He was diligent to cover the carpet and left no trace that he had been there other than superbly painted doors and jams. Mike Chavez did an expert job for us, and we highly recommend him. We had a couple of rather impressive 8-inch-wide holes in our wall after some electrical work was done, some rough edges around a switch plate, some miscellaneous holes left over from previous mollies and picture hanging on our walls, and some rough edges around our newly-installed ceiling lighting. Mike repaired all this damage so expertly that you cannot see any evidence of the repairs at all. He matched the texture of the walls exactly, and he color-matched the paint perfectly, which was important because the three walls that were painted adjoin other walls in our entryway and living room. Throughout the repair process, which entailed some curing time here and there, Mike kept us informed, and he and his crew were ALWAYS on time, starting and finishing exactly as promised. When unexpected company came to our house right in the middle of the project, Mike graciously rescheduled for us. During the whole job there was never any mess left behind–not one drop of paint or bit of dust. This is the most meticulous painting job we have ever had done in our home. The price was affordable, the work was first-rate, and Mike is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. We are extremely pleased, and Mike Chavez Painting has our highest recommendation.
