Mike Chavez Painting did an excellent job repainting the exterior of our 115 year old historic home in downtown Santa Rosa. Paint had been flaking down to the wood, so we knew the preparation was going to be crucial to quality lasting job. His team took the time to do a great job of lead-abated scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure the final coats would look good for a long time.
